Emmanuel “Manny” Dapidran Pacquiao, PLH (English pronunciation: /?pæki.a?/ pak-ee-ow; Tagalog: born December 17, 1978) is a Filipino professional boxer and politician. He is the first eight-division world champion; having won six world titles, as well as the first to win the lineal championship in four different weight classes. He was named “Fighter of the Decade” for the 2000s (decade) by the Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA).

He is also a three-time The Ring and BWAA “Fighter of the Year,” winning the award in 2006, 2008 and 2009.

Currently, Pacquiao is the WBO Welterweight Champion. He is also rated as the best pound for pound boxer in the world by some sporting news and boxing websites, including BoxRec.com, Sporting Life and The Ring.

Aside from boxing, Pacquiao has participated in acting, music recording and politics. In May 2010, Pacquiao was elected to the House of Representatives in the 15th Congress of the Philippines, representing the province of Sarangani.

The Climate of Houston is classified as humid subtropical. Houston’s warmest month (on average) is July at 84.4 °F (29.1 °C), and the coldest month being January at 53.1 °F (11.7 °C). The average yearly precipitation level is 49.8 inches (1,260 mm). Houston has occasional severe weather, mostly in the form of flooding. Spring supercell thunderstorms sometimes bring tornadoes to the area.

Houston sometimes experiences tropical cyclones during the hurricane season, which can bring significant damage to the city. The last to hit was Hurricane Ike in 2008.

Nina Dobrev

Nina Dobrev (born Nina Constantinova Dobreva, January 9, 1989) is a Bulgarian-born Canadian actress and model. She played the role of Mia Jones, the single teenage mother, on Degrassi: The Next Generation, from the show’s sixth to ninth season. She currently stars as Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce on The CW television teen drama, The Vampire Diaries.

Nina Dobrev was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and moved to Canada at the age of two, where she was raised in Toronto, Ontario. She speaks fluent French, English, and Bulgarian. She has an older brother, Alexander; her father is a computer specialist and her mother is an artist.
Dobrev attended J. B. Tyrrell Sr. Public School, where she started ballet and jazz classes, and competed in rhythmic gymnastic.[1] Then, she attended and Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in Scarborough, Ontario and Ryerson University in Toronto, majoring in sociology. She left in 2008 to pursue her acting career.
While working on the show, she began dating her Vampire Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio

Joseph M. “Joe” Arpaio (born June 14, 1932) is the elected Sheriff of Maricopa County in the U.S. state of Arizona. First voted into office in 1992, Arpaio is responsible for law enforcement in Maricopa County. This includes management of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, county jail, courtroom security, prisoner transport, service of warrants, and service of process.

Arpaio styles himself as “America’s Toughest Sheriff.” He is well known for his outspoken stance against illegal immigration. Arpaio has become a flashpoint for controversy surrounding Arizona’s SB1070 anti-illegal immigration act. He is also known for his investigation of President Barack Obama’s citizenship.
